The last sausage-fest I went to was at the Brandling, and I queued for an hour only to be told that they had to go and cook more sausages.
Oh how we laughed, and oh how we went to The Victory and ate pork scratchings.
Anyway, the Newcastle sausage and cider fest takes place on the August bank holiday and it will include beer, cider, sausages, DJs and bands.
