I had never heard of Parkview, Whitley Bay be referred to the Paris of the North though it’s in good company with Costa Del Consett and the Riviera of the North- Redcar. 

Much like Paris, the applicants for a new bar in Whitley Bays Change Delisa will bring much-needed investment to the area.
